1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rpjl Casino Philippines ("rpjl," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rpjl.asia ("the Platform"). • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.

rpjl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements. Misrepresentation of eligibility, particularly with respect to age, may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the rpjl Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Upon registration, rpjl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This process requires you to submit documentation sufficient to verify your identity (such as a government-issued Philippine ID — e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, driver's license), your date of birth, and your residential address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rpjl login credentials. You must notify rpjl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. rpjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

rpjl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

rpjl accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular promotions. rpjl does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your rpjl wallet in real time subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

rpjl only accepts funds deposited by the registered account holder using a payment method owned or controlled by that account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits that appear to originate from a third party may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the rpjl account holder. rpjl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to one (1) banking day. rpjl targets but cannot guarantee specific processing times, which may be affected by payment provider systems outside rpjl's control.

rpjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any required anti-money laundering ("AML") checks. Withdrawal requests may also be delayed or declined if they are flagged by rpjl's fraud detection systems, pending investigation. In such cases, rpjl will communicate with the Player via their registered email address.

Players who receive bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be authorized. Attempted withdrawal of funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rpjl may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all rpjl promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. rpjl may exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except where a promotion expressly provides a no-wagering cash bonus.
• rpjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus amounts expire upon the end of the specified period.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or connectivity issue that interrupts the outcome of a round, rpjl reserves the right to void the round and return the wager to the Player's account. rpjl shall not be liable for any losses attributable to technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any rpjl game or service.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or other activity that undermines the integrity of any game or sporting event covered by rpjl's betting services.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to manipulate the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

rpjl shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by events beyond rpjl's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters; or (d) losses attributable to a Player's own breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the rpjl Platform — including software, text, images, trademarks, logos, graphics, and audio-visual material — is the property of rpjl Casino Philippines or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of rpjl.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rpjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, rpjl will notify Players via registered email or a prominent notice on the Platform with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the rpjl Platform that cannot be resolved through rpjl's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
